Shopping with Comfyva

These terms apply to use of the Comfyva store and purchases made through it. Please read the product description, selected pack, price, delivery details and applicable policies before ordering. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and only use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Orders and payments

The currency and total shown at checkout apply to your order. Review any delivery charge and applicable tax displayed before confirming payment. Any advertised promotion is subject to the conditions shown with that offer.

Our store uses Shopify. Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may have their own provider terms. If an item cannot be supplied as ordered, we will contact you to resolve the issue, including a refund for goods that cannot be supplied.

Using the product

Follow the product instructions and the footwear manufacturer's care guidance. A wash bag does not make every shoe suitable for machine washing. Do not machine wash footwear that its manufacturer identifies as unsuitable.

Delivery and refunds

Read our shipping policy and refund policy. The offer applicable when you purchased will be honoured; later policy changes do not reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.

Consumer rights

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Voluntary guarantees supplement those rights. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are legally entitled.
