60-day Clean Shoe Guarantee

For Shoe Wash Bag purchases carrying our 60-day money-back offer, contact us through our contact form within 60 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with the cleaning result. Include your order number or other proof of purchase so we can identify the order.

Under this offer, we will refund the product purchase price and you may keep the bags. No product return is required for this guarantee. We may request information about the issue to help resolve it.

Your consumer rights

Our voluntary guarantee does not replace or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. A major product failure gives a choice of refund or replacement. Other failures may require repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. Compensation may also be available under applicable law.

These rights are not limited to the 60-day offer. Original packaging is not required for a claim under consumer guarantees. Where a faulty product must be returned, reasonable return costs will be reimbursed once the fault is confirmed.

Refund process

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Payment-provider processing times vary. Contact us if an expected refund has not arrived.
