This policy describes personal information handled through the Comfyva store and its customer communications.
Information you provide may include your contact details, delivery address, order details and messages. We use relevant information to answer enquiries and, when an order is placed, arrange payment, fulfilment and support. Payment services process payment details; do not send card details through our contact form.
Shopify and services supporting the store may process device, network, transaction and usage information to operate the website, maintain security and prevent fraud. Information comes from your interactions with the store and from providers handling those interactions.
Relevant information may be shared with Shopify and providers needed for payments, delivery, hosting and customer support, or where disclosure is required by law. Processing may take place outside Australia. Shopify describes its processing and international arrangements in its Consumer Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies support shopping and website functions. If optional analytics or advertising tools are enabled, their operation is subject to applicable consent requirements and the choices offered on the site. Browser settings can also restrict cookies, which may affect store functions.
If you subscribe to marketing, you can withdraw your subscription using the unsubscribe option provided. Order and support communications are separate.
Information is retained for the purposes for which it is needed, including order administration, legal records and resolving disputes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system provides absolute security.
You can request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, through our contact form or by writing to Comfyva, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and assess your request. Legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
We will assess privacy complaints and respond within applicable time requirements. Where available under relevant law, you may also complain to a privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Revisions will be posted here with an updated date.
